This document outlines the shipping policies followed by Malamel Products and Padanjali Ayurvedic (P) Ltd. for the website www.padanjaly.com.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email with the correct shipping address and contact phone number. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
While we offer international shipping to most countries, at this time, we do not ship to the following countries:
- Turkey
- Kuwait
- Saudi Arabia
If you are from any of the above countries, please contact us before ordering.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and it is your responsibility as the customer.
While international shipments may be affected by various unforeseen issues, a normal delivery is expected to happen between 7-14 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp notification from us specifying the tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by emailing jyothishpadanjaly@gmail.com or sending a WhatsApp message to 9387444494 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
