We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being received.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been picked up by courier.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jyothishpadanjaly@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

https://www.padanjaly.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Refunds are processed by the Payment Processing Agency who originally handled the payment. The amount is credited back to the original payment method and the amount shall be credited to the customer within 5-10 working days.
